TERMS & CONDITIONS

TAXES & FEES: Reservations are subject to an 11.9% lodging tax and amenity fee of $7.50 per night, subject to change at any time.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees will be due at the time of booking and is fully refundable up until 72 hours (October–March) or 7 days (April–September) prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please do so before your arrival date to receive a full refund: 72 hours (October–March) or 7 days (April–September) before arrival. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours (October–March) or 7 days (April–September) of your arrival date will forfeit your deposit. There is no refund for early departures.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time begins at 2:00 p.m. for all RV, Van, and Tent sites.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.

PETS: Dogs are allowed for no additional fee. Dogs must be on a leash at all times within the park.

SEWER HOSES: All RVs must have adequate sewer hoses in good repair with a good seal. We require that the sewer hoses are elevated to prevent accumulation or spilling.

DAMAGES: If damage occurs, you will be billed.

SMOKING: All buildings at Cape Kiwanda RV Park are non-smoking.

TENTS: There are no tents allowed on the grass unless you are renting a tent-specific site.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours in the park are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Violators may be asked to vacate without a refund.

FIRES AND FIREWORKS: Fireworks are not permitted in Cape Kiwanda RV Park. Wood-burning fires are permitted in your fire ring only.

MINORS: No one under the age of 18 may rent a space unless accompanied by a person 18 or older. Adults are responsible for the actions of their children while at Cape Kiwanda RV Park.

NON-LIABILITY: Cape Kiwanda RV, their employees, and agents are not responsible for any personal belongings left by you or your guest(s). You and your guest(s) are responsible for removing your belongings from the property prior to check-out. Please secure all your items including coolers and outdoor gear.

DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE: There are multiple garbage cans throughout the park. Please do not overfill the garbage cans; look for an alternate empty trash can as needed.
